• Volunteer Availability & Preferences Form

    We are looking for support at our registration and merchandise table, monitors to ensure the right people are in the right areas, food pick-up in case officials are too short on time to grab lunch, and help answering questions for athletes, spectators, and officials. We may also need expediters to help the scoring table. Share your availability dates/times and your contact details, then select your preferred role(s).

  • October 13-14

    Hands Across the Sea International Military Invitational: Brings together elite military athletes from around the world. Volunteers will be needed during the compeititon for the registration table. We also may need support staffing a registration table at one of the hotels in the evening on Oct 14.

    October 15-24

    Classic and Equipped Masters World Championship. We will need volunteers beginning at 6:45 am to staff the registration and merchandise table through the end of the session each day.
